eCommerce websites that actually sell

An online store is a shop floor where nobody can ask an employee for help. Every question your product page fails to answer is a cart somebody abandons.

What you get

Deliverables, not adjectives

Here is the actual contents of the box.

  • 01

    Storefront design

Category and product pages built around how people really shop — comparing, second-guessing, checking the shipping cost before anything else.

  • 02

    Checkout that does not leak

Fewer fields, guest checkout, visible totals, trust signals where the hesitation happens. Most stores lose more money in the last three clicks than in all their advertising.

  • 03

    Product SEO

Product schema, rich results, unique descriptions, and category pages structured to rank for how people search rather than how your supplier catalogs things.

  • 04

    Payments and shipping

Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, real-time rates, local pickup and delivery zones where they make sense for a coastal Georgia customer base.

  • 05

    Inventory that stays honest

Stock synced with what you actually have, so nobody buys a thing that sold last Tuesday.

  • 06

    Analytics worth acting on

Proper ecommerce tracking, so you know which products earn their shelf space and which traffic source pays for itself.

The case for it

Selling from Savannah

Coastal Georgia turns out a lot of things worth shipping — makers, roasters, outfitters, artists, boutiques on Broughton with a customer base that visits once and then wants to buy again from Ohio in November.

That second purchase is the whole business, and it is the one a weak online store never gets. Somebody walks in while they are on holiday, loves the thing, finds you six months later, and gives up at a checkout that will not take Apple Pay.

We build the store that catches them. Fast pages, honest shipping numbers early, and a product page that answers the question before it turns into a closed tab.

answers

Which platform do you build on?

It depends on what you sell. Shopify for most product catalogs, custom builds when the requirements are unusual or the margins will not carry platform fees. We pick after we understand the catalog, not before.

Can you migrate my existing store?

Usually — products, customers, order history and URL structure. The redirect map matters more than anything else in a migration; done carelessly it is how stores lose their rankings overnight. Send us what you are on now and we will tell you what is involved.

How many products can you handle?

From a handful to several thousand. Large catalogs need a bulk import and a thought-out category structure, which we scope up front so the number is not a surprise.

Does an online store need its own SEO?

Very much so. Category pages are usually the strongest ranking asset a store has, and they are the pages most often left as a bare grid with no text at all.
