The math

Is it worth it?

This is the only calculation we ask you to make, and we would rather you made it honestly than took our word for it.

Work out what one new customer is worth to you over a year. Not the first invoice — the whole relationship, including the work they send your way.

For a contractor in Pooler that might be four thousand dollars. For a dentist on the southside it is considerably more. For a restaurant on Tybee it is smaller per head and much larger in volume.

Now divide the package price by that number. That is how many extra customers the website has to bring you before it has paid for itself — once, permanently, for something that then keeps working for years.

If the answer still looks like a stretch, say so on the call. Sometimes the honest advice is that you do not need a custom website yet — and if that is where you are, ourtemplate sites are free to publish, which gets you online while the business grows into the rest.

Questions

About the
money

Why do you publish your prices when nobody else does?

Because the alternative is asking you to sit through a sales call to learn a number, and because a price that only appears after a discovery call is usually a price calculated from what the agency thinks you can afford. Ours does not move based on your postcode or your letterhead.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. You get a written quote after the planning stage and that is the number. If you later ask for something outside the agreed scope, we quote that separately before starting it. No surprise line items at the end.

What is not included?

Your first year of hosting is included, and after that it is $100 a year with four hours of edits rolled in. Your domain is registered in your name and renews at cost, usually around $15 a year. Stock photography, paid advertising budget and any third-party software subscriptions are billed at cost rather than marked up.

Can I split the payment?

Ask. We would rather find a structure that works than lose a good project over cash flow, and larger builds are easier to spread out than small ones. Whatever we agree goes in writing before we start.

What if I need more than 15 pages?

That is still the Advanced package, priced up from $3,300 depending on how much more. Large multi-location or multi-service sites get quoted individually, and we show you the arithmetic behind the number.

Is there anything recurring?

Hosting, after the first year, at $100 a year — which also covers four hours of site edits. Beyond that, only if you want ongoing SEO or content work, which is a separate engagement and entirely optional. Nothing recurring is required to keep your site running, and you can move your hosting elsewhere whenever you like.

Is SEO included or extra?

On-page SEO foundations are included in every package. Ongoing SEO — the monthly work of content, citations, profile management and link building that actually moves competitive rankings — is a separate engagement, because it is a separate ongoing job.

What if I am not happy with the design?

You see designs before anything gets built, and we revise until you are happy with them. That is the whole point of doing design and build as separate stages instead of surprising you at the end.
